You’ll find our prices quite reasonable, once you consider all that we include (see details at the bottom of the page). Weekly and monthly prices are available, ask us for a quote. Do your shopping around and you´’ll find that we´re the best value around! Our phones numbers are (506) 2443-9576 and 2443-9383, with 011 at the front if calling from overseas.  Calls from anywhere in Costa Rica do not need the 506 before the number.

2016 Rates

  Single Occupancy $36 with shared bath and $45 with private bath, per night, with breakfast, Wifi and all taxes included.
  Double Occupancy $52 with shared bath and $68 with private bath, per night, with breakfast, Wifi and all taxes included. Extra person $15.
  Children: Up to 2 children under 12 free if sharing room with parents.

At this time, we have 2 rooms on the ground floor with private baths, one is in the back area with a double bed, the Garden Room, and the other is a family room that can sleep up to 5 people, the Gecko Room.  Another 2 rooms are also on the ground floor and share one bath, the Dragon Room with a double bed, and the Parrot Room with a double/single-above bunk bed,  3 rooms upstairs have each a private bath. The Terrace Room has a double Murphy bed, the Fish Room has 2 double beds, and the Bamboo Room has a double bed plus a double/single-above bunk bed. The Dragon, Fish, Parrot, Terrace and Bamboo Rooms have cable TV.  Wifi everywhere, 2 routers.

4 legged children (also known as pets) are allowed if well-behaved and quiet. No pet fee or deposit is required.

This is Jennifer from Vermont, when she visited about 10 years ago with her Mom, Lee Ann,  a frequent guest who has a winter residence here. She is holding a very young Bunn-Tico, one of our pet bunnies.
